The solution

To meet the above requirements, WE ENERGY chose Data Communication, Microsoft Gold Partner, based on the company’s expertise in the energy industry via 1) the implementation of many vertical CRM projects and 2) the best practices implemented in energy companies such as Zenith, EDA Thessaloniki-Thessalia and HERON Group.

 

The adopted solution, Energy Dynamics Accelerator, is a software developed by Data Communication on Dynamics 365 for Sales & Dynamics 365 for Customer Service to fully meet the needs of electricity and gas industry.

 

At the same time, it is a fully customizable solution, offering unlimited flexibility and scalability.

 

The implementation of the project included:

 

  • Automating the sales cycle of the low and medium voltage B2B retail business units
  • Complete monitoring of key contact and customer data, service request management & full monitoring of customer activities and communication
  • Implementation of mechanism creating automatic workflows and documents to complete the application process

  • Personalized service via Customer center’s integration with Customer Card
