The company was founded in March 2011 with the launching of the first e-shop WeLoveToys.gr 

The company

Net Spirit S.A. was founded in March 2011 with the launching of the first e-shop WeLoveToys.gr with basic product categories such as toys, party items, school supplies, children's DVDs, fairytales, children's literature and much more.

 

In June 2012 WeLoveBabies.gr was created with an emphasis on baby products and one year later, in July 2013,  WeLoveSuperMarket.gr was launched offering supermarket products.

 

It cooperates with the leading companies in the sector, offering a full range of their products in the Greek market.

The solution

The previous implementation of an e-shop by Data Communication A.E. as well as the company’s strategic collaboration with Microsoft as a Microsoft Partner led NET SPIRIT SA to select Microsoft Dynamics NAV-InnovEra in order to meet the above needs via:

  • Creation of web services interconnecting the ERP system with the e-shop
  • Treelike categorization of all items using the pre-defined fields of Microsoft Dynamics NAV - InnovEra. The categorization provides unlimited opportunities for management and statistics reports
  • Automation of orders processes’ registers and executions 
  • Creation of a standard Excel file so as to export all required items for the orders to be shipped and for the courier companies applications' to be updated 
  • Automated suggested orders' process based on chosen criteria
